Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions

Effective from January 2026 • Applies to: Montserrat Events CIC and Montserrat Events & Festivals Limited

These Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for events organised by Montserrat Events CIC and Montserrat Events & Festivals Limited ("Montserrat", "we", "our" or "us").

These Terms should be read alongside our General Event Terms & Conditions, which apply to everyone attending a Montserrat event.

Certain events may also have Event-Specific Ticket Conditions due to licensing requirements, venue restrictions, operational procedures or event-specific arrangements. Where these apply, they will be published on the relevant event webpage and form part of the agreement between you and Montserrat.

Where there is any inconsistency between these General Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions and the Event-Specific Ticket Conditions, the Event-Specific Ticket Conditions shall take precedence for that particular event.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted:

  • These Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions;
  • Our General Event Terms & Conditions; and
  • Any Event-Specific Ticket Conditions applicable to the event you are attending.

Together these documents form the agreement between you and the event organiser.

1

Purchasing Tickets

Tickets may only be purchased through the official Montserrat Events website, EventWiz or our authorised ticketing partners.

Only tickets purchased through authorised sales channels will be accepted for admission.

Montserrat reserves the right to refuse admission where a ticket has been:

  • obtained fraudulently;
  • altered or duplicated;
  • purchased through an unauthorised seller;
  • resold without permission.
2

Ticket Prices

Ticket prices are displayed at the time of booking.

Prices may change without notice before purchase. Once your booking has been confirmed and payment received, the price paid is fixed.

VAT will be included where applicable.

3

Booking Fees

A booking fee may apply depending on the event and the ticketing platform used.

Any applicable booking fee will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Booking fees are non-refundable.

4

Booking Confirmation

Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking reference and ticket information.

It is your responsibility to:

  • provide a valid email address;
  • check your booking confirmation carefully;
  • notify us promptly if you do not receive your confirmation.

A booking is only confirmed once a confirmation email has been issued.

5

Ticket Delivery

Tickets will normally be issued electronically.

You are responsible for ensuring your ticket is available for inspection upon arrival, either as a printed copy or on a mobile device where accepted.

Montserrat cannot accept responsibility for tickets that cannot be presented due to damaged devices, flat batteries or lost copies.

Digital tickets remain the property of Montserrat. Each ticket contains a unique barcode or QR code which can only be used once. Any copied, altered, duplicated or shared ticket presented after the first successful scan will be invalid and admission may be refused.

6

Ticket Validity

Tickets are valid only for:

  • the event shown on the ticket;
  • the date stated;
  • the admission category purchased.

Tickets may not be used for any other event unless expressly authorised by Montserrat.

7

Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

Unless otherwise stated within the Event-Specific Ticket Conditions, ticket orders may be cancelled within two (2) working days of purchase.

Following this period:

  • tickets become non-refundable;
  • tickets are non-transferable unless expressly authorised by Montserrat;
  • tickets are not exchangeable except where permitted within the Event-Specific Ticket Conditions.

Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights.

8

Event Changes and Cancellation

Montserrat reserves the right to amend event programmes, entertainment schedules, attractions, performers, aircraft displays, operating times, site layouts and other aspects of an event where reasonably necessary.

Changes to individual performers, aircraft, attractions, entertainment programmes or event schedules do not normally entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

Should an event be postponed, cancelled or significantly altered, Montserrat will communicate the options available to ticket holders at that time.

For aviation events, including Hampshire Air Festival, aircraft participation is subject to operational commitments, engineering availability, military requirements, weather conditions, Civil Aviation Authority permissions and circumstances outside the reasonable control of the organisers. Aircraft, flying displays and display timings may therefore change without notice and shall not constitute cancellation of the event.

9

Ticket Transfers

Tickets may not be transferred to another person without the prior written permission of Montserrat.

Any ticket transferred, copied or resold without authorisation may be cancelled without refund.

10

Ticket Resale

Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain or through unauthorised resale platforms.

Montserrat reserves the right to cancel any ticket that:

  • has been resold without permission;
  • has been advertised for unauthorised resale;
  • has been obtained fraudulently.

Cancelled tickets will become invalid without refund.

11

Lost Tickets

If you lose your ticket before the event, please contact us as soon as possible.

Replacement tickets may be issued at the organisers' discretion once proof of purchase and identity have been verified.

Lost, damaged or forgotten wristbands issued during an event cannot normally be replaced.

12

Admission

Admission is subject to the General Event Terms & Conditions and any applicable Event-Specific Ticket Conditions.

Entry may be refused where:

  • a ticket is invalid;
  • a ticket has already been used;
  • a ticket has been cancelled;
  • the ticket holder fails to comply with the applicable Terms & Conditions;
  • admission would compromise the safety or security of the event.
13

Wristbands and Re-entry

Where wristbands are issued, they remain the property of the organisers.

Wristbands must:

  • be worn securely at all times;
  • remain intact;
  • not be removed, altered or tampered with.

Where re-entry is permitted, only visitors wearing the correct wristband for that event day will be readmitted.

Any lost or damaged wristband may invalidate your right to re-enter the event.

14

Children's Tickets

Children's admission categories, age limits and family ticket arrangements vary between events.

Please refer to the relevant event information before purchasing tickets.

Children requiring a ticket must be accompanied in accordance with the General Event Terms & Conditions.

15

Accessibility and Complimentary Carer's Tickets

Montserrat is committed to making its events as accessible as reasonably practicable.

For selected events, one complimentary Carer's Ticket is available where assistance is required.

Eligibility, supporting documentation, verification requirements and conditions of use are published within the relevant event information.

Complimentary Carer's Tickets:

  • have no monetary value;
  • cannot be transferred or resold;
  • are issued solely to enable assistance to the person requiring support;
  • do not automatically include premium upgrades, hospitality or upgraded viewing areas unless specifically stated.
16

Fraudulent Bookings

Montserrat reserves the right to cancel any booking where it reasonably believes:

  • false information has been supplied;
  • payment has been made fraudulently;
  • tickets have been purchased for unauthorised resale;
  • duplicate or automated bookings have been created using fraudulent methods.
17

Ticket Refund Protection and Insurance

As tickets purchased for Montserrat events are generally non-refundable, we recommend customers consider purchasing appropriate ticket refund protection or personal travel insurance.

Any insurance policy is a contract between you and your chosen provider. Montserrat accepts no responsibility for the availability, terms or operation of any third-party insurance product.

18

Contacting Us

If you have any questions regarding your booking, require assistance or need to discuss your order, please contact us before the event.

Email: secretary@montserratevents.co.uk

Event information, including arrival guidance, parking details and visitor information, will normally be issued approximately one week before the event.

19

Amendments to these Terms

Montserrat reserves the right to amend these Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.

The latest version will always be published on our website and will apply to future bookings.

Customers who have already purchased tickets will remain subject to the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of booking unless changes are required by law or relate to health, safety or security.

20

Governing Law

These Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from the purchase of tickets or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Event-Specific Ticket Conditions

Certain Montserrat events have additional ticket conditions that apply alongside these General Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions.

These conditions will be published on the relevant event webpage and may include additional provisions relating to ticket exchanges, cancellations, premium experiences, camping, hospitality, vehicle passes, parking, admission procedures and other event-specific arrangements.

Where Event-Specific Ticket Conditions are published, they shall form part of the agreement between you and Montserrat and shall take precedence over these General Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions where applicable.
